Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a patient intake form if this is your first time. Evening and weekend appointments are also available - we try our best to accommodate your needs. Please call or text the office at (407) 314-0396 to schedule your treatment, or schedule online.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. You will recieve an email confirmation if an email is provided when you book, and we will try our best to call to confirm your appointment the day prior. However, the appointment is your responsibiity. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, please call as soon as you are able (even send us an email or text if it is the middle of the night). We do have a cancellation list and often times other clients awaiting an appointment can make it - even on short notice. We will excuse your first time. If it happens frequently we will start charging HALF of your missed appointment for each appointment missed.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Those who do not call or answer when we call to see if they are on their way to their appointment will be charged for their “missed” appointment. This includes forfeiting any vouchers or gift certificates.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you!
