30 Minutes - $45

30 and 45 minute sessions offer plenty of time to help with specific issues like Neck and Low Back Pain, Neck and Arm Pain, or Low Back and Leg pain. If we're working on a specific issue, we recommend shorter sessions twice a week for two to three weeks (some issues may resolve after one visit, but typically, knots didn't pop up over night, and they're not going to go away over night). We can adjust duration and frequency based on response. If suggested "homework" is done, the desired outcome will be achieved much faster and we can switch to maintenance/tune up sessions that are longer in duration (60-90 minutes) as needed or a recommended schedule of every 4-6 weeks.

*While massage can help boost your immune system, it is not recommended that you get a massage if you have the beginning of a cold/flu, as it will spread the virus much more rapidly. Please call to reschedule if you are not feeling well. One of our other practitioners within Health & Hope Institute, such as our Acupuncturist, may help certain conditions when massage is contraindicated.
